We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both digital (ebook) and physical (paperback) editions of our books purchased directly from us.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you decide the book isn't right for you, email us at support@focusonitnow.com and request a refund. We'll process it promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund

• The order number from your purchase confirmation (if available)
• A brief note letting us know the product didn't work for you — no detailed explanation required, but we appreciate honest feedback if you're willing to share it
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Digital Products
For digital books, you may keep the file after a refund is processed. We don't require you to delete it, and we have no way to revoke access. We trust you to be the person you want to be.
That said, we ask that if you find you love the book after requesting a refund, you consider repurchasing or recommending it to someone who might benefit. But that's on the honor system.
4. Physical Products
For paperback books, you do not need to return the physical book to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns are often higher than the book itself, and we'd rather you keep it, pass it to a friend, or donate it to a local library.
If the paperback arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us at support@focusonitnow.com within 14 days of delivery with photos if possible, and we'll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
5. Third-Party Purchases
This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from us through howtogetyourkidstogotobed.com.
If you purchased the book through Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Apple Books, or another retailer or distributor, you must request a refund through that retailer according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third parties.
6. Abuse of the Refund Policy
The refund guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of apparent abuse — for example, repeated purchases and refunds of the same product by the same customer. In practice, this rarely comes up, and we'd rather err on the side of refunding than policing.
